We are a highly trained, family run facility. With  our skilled,  experienced care staff we give encouragement and support to working age adults in an exciting format to enable them to push themselves further than they have before. With a choice of 2 morning activities every day and full input into where we access the community  The day service provides reassurance and dependability to our families.

The working farm group is designed to feel like a work placement . Our service users are working through outcomes to ensure they become knowledgeable and confident both working with animals and maintaining the farming environment.

We provide dedicated staff, modern transport and a purpose built farmhouse. Everything you need to feel reassured and safe both in the farmhouse and whilst accessing the community.

Day Service

At our base we have a brand new purpose built environment in which we facilitate learning within the following: catering, arts and crafts, gardening and horticulture, cooking and baking for life and animal care. We also encourage community inclusion by accessing facilities such as local museums, sporting facilities, farms and zoos. Free taster sessions available.

Respite

At our community house we have gained CQC recognition as a good service. For those people who regularly attend our day service or care farm we are available from 1-24 hours with staff who you already know well. In order to provide a bespoke service we only have a maximum of 2 people at a time. During this time we can really focus on maximising your independent living skills as well as having fun accessing the community.

Yarra farm

We have 15 acres of land solely used in farming and animal care practices we have Alpacas, pigs, sheep, goats, bees, chickens, ducks and quails we also have an aviary . We have fruit and vegetable allotments and an orchard in which we grow, sell or use the produce. We also are passionate about nature conservation and have our own wildflower meadow. We have a programme of building and maintenance projects in which we make all our own paddocks. paths animal houses and fencing.

We can support with the training and skills you need to progress towards paid or voluntary employment.
