Our services offers the opportunity to have support with the skills and training needed to move into voluntary or paid employment.
So that each person can reach their full potential, we offer support in a multitude of areas, including searching for work, interview support, job coaching, working as part of a team, developing individual skills and so much more, in a fun environment.

Takes place in vegetable and fruit allotments, cottage garden and orchard. We also use the recourse centre. We sell surplus fruit and vegetables.
Learning outcomes:
At Yarra Farm we have almost 15 acres of land. We farm Alpacas, Sheep,Goats,Pigs, Chickens, Ducks, Quails and bees. We also have an aviary. We have a full breeding programme often having lambs, cria (baby alpacas),pigletsas well as chicks and ducklings from incubating our own eggs. We use and sell surplus eggs and we sell hens so people can have backyard chickens.
Learning Outcomes:
At Yarra we have a large kitchen which we use to prepare food and drinks for anyone uses the service and their visitors. We make health food where possible using our own produce.

Working on the farm could help prepare for employment, either paid or voluntary. Having demonstrated work ready skills we can support applications and provide references.
